For student organizations needing to update Presidents, VPs, and Treasurers for the 2024-2025 academic year, please complete this form: https://orgs.studentinvolvement.ufl.edu/Forms/officers

Incoming Presidents, VP's and Treasurers will be required to complete the online training module (SAI100) here: https://mytraining.hr.ufl.edu/

Starting April 1st - July 1st; officer training transcripts will be optional as organizations transition roles. All training transcripts will expire and reset on July 1st 2025 and will need to be completed as part of the annual re-registration cycle.
